Local petco has a few cresties. One male looks like his um "stuff" wont go in, tail is bent up is this a prolaps? What can i tell the employees to do?

Have them take it to a vet, in the mean time they can use damp papertowl to ensure it doesn't dry out. I think soaking in sugar water will help reduce the swelling so he can draw it back in. Best to get it to a vet though.

They wont take reptiles to the vet,is there anything else i can do thanks for your response!
