i found my 5 month old crestie in his cage just now

it might not be broken or dislocated. its using it, moving it back and forth. but is there still anything i can do to help it along?

The best thing and only thing you Should do is consult a Vet that is qualified to treat reptiles. There is only so much we can do in certain situations and I think this is a situation that needs proffesional assistance.
