Mucus in poop please help

My larger female took a massive poop tonight and when cleaning it out of her cage there was mucous bomb with her stool she had a normal looking stool except for the relatively large snot rocket that accomponied it i didnt see any parasites or blood is this normal and she appears to be acting fine oh and the last time she pooped was about a month and a half to 2 months ago
