As most of you may know I have got 16 or so eggs cooking away in the inc from what grumpy laid last weekend and also about a month ago.
but lastnight by mind starting working away and realised that I will actually be in Canada when the 2nd batch are due to hatch.
This isn't a major problem as my mum is very good with them and I have already got the baby viv set up but if this is going to happen which it's bound to, I want to make sure I have done everything I can to make things easier for my mum.
Can the hatchlings be left in the inc tub with the vermiculite for a day or 2.
also regarding the micro crix.. if I make up several tubs with say 15 in each one,, can these be added as and when needs be and also left in if they are not eaten as i have read that crix can sometimes eat the lizards when they sleep.
I have not had a problem with this with my adults but the hatchlings may be different.
thanks all for ya help and any advise on the first few weeks if the little fella's hatch would be great.
