That looks identical to the Motley CA that Alex at Boarepubic bought. The guy did breed it and Produce Motleys from that snake too. (So the Story sounds the Same). Alex was wise and got the WHOLE group (The Adult Motley female, and the Motley's she produced for the Breeder he got them from. Alex sold a few of those Motley babies that the guy produced, and one ended up In Pete Kahls Hands. This is the Picture of the Motley Pete has.

Pete Bred that with my Male T positive Central and we were EXTREEMLY lucky to get a litter of Central American Motleys that are Het T positive.

Your story sounds just like the one Alex got. I'm sure Alex could shed a lot more light on that as I only know a little.

All I can say, is that IS a Motley. The CA Motleys tend to have a LOT more reverse striping and different Top and side patterns. They resemble the Motley Columbian but have a Lot more variation. They are an AWESOME morph. That Black Boa Alex produced is INSANE too. AWESOME!!!! So, if that is snake isn't the one that was sold to Alex, and a different one, you are a LUCKY man. The life of that project has just begun. Keep us posted if that is a different snake.

Also, IF that is the Motley Alex got, the picture I am showing you is the SIBLING from the First breeding to that Original Motley. I'm sure we have yet to see MANY NEW and exciting patterns and even colors that the CA Motley has to offer. I would say that the CA Motley is probably one fo the BEST Boa Morphs out there.

The Motley in the Photo gave birth to 20 babies in 04. 10 Motleys HET T positive, and 8 normal Het T positives. She isn't a big snake too. They are AWESOME breeders.

That SUCKS you let go of it ouf of DISINTEREST from a divorce. Especially proving the snake was a CO-dominant. Not only that, a Co-dominat that Makes a Patternless Snake. Just like the Columbian Motley!!!!

My question for you is this. What did you breed that Motley to when you got your first litter of Codom Motleys? I know the one At Petes is one that you produced, and it looks 100 percent Central American. There is NO columbian blood in that one. Did you use a Panamanian Male? Or a Nic, or something else?
