GET HER IN TO A VET!
this looks like a prolapse of some thing, possibly the uterus, or more likely, intestine. Wrap her up in a warm, clean (sterile) cloth, and get her in. It most likely needs to be corrected surgically!

The cloth should also be slightly moist to prevent what looks like intenstine to me from drying out on the way in. If you don't have a good herp vet, take her in anyway for theemergency surgery and transfer her later. this is an emergency occurance. Sounds like she may also be having seizures, possibly caused by a septic infection or toxemia. request a blood test if it continues after the stuff gets put back in.

that looks to me like a prolapse. it might be a cloacal prolapse, or, if it is actually a male, a hemipenal prolapse/extrusion. these are very painful, and will necrotize and kill your gecko if you don't take it to the vet soon. take it to the vet NOW. on the way, put it on MOIST paper towel, so the prolapse won't stick to the substrate. think *really* moist.
