Rack question --- Jasons Jungle

toshamc Jan 13, 2005 05:26 PM

I've been looking at the Jasons Jungle racks (since I've heard so many good things about them) as I'm about to get a a few more snakes, well 6 to be exact 4 females and 2 males. So I figured I'd get the 5-Slot Adult Rack from Jasons Jungle and stick one of my males in some other cage. I won't actually be getting the males for a couple of months so that's not an immediate concern, the females will be headed my way next week, but I'll also be quarantining them in the garage for a while.

Anyway here is my question will the 5 - slot rack work for an adult ball using the 32-quart sterilite (16.5" W x 23.5" D x 6" H). This seems a bit small to me? Once you get the waterbowl and a hide in there that takes up all the space, remember I'm used to big cages. Or do I need something bigger and can someone recommend something else that's comprable. Thanks.

For adults, I look for dimensions of 34"or anything above 30" X 16"... just my preference. I do believe he makes racks for boxes that size, but he just can't find those boxes around his area. If you can get a hold of some, you could probably have him build you the rack itself.
