Not a great idea to handle them. I kind of think of them as tropical fish out of water. Amphibians as a general rule are not very intelligent and cannot be hand trained. When held by a large organism like a human, their instinct is to flee. And with those long hind legs, boy, can they ever! To show them to people I do one or all of the following: clean the glass real well, invite your friends over in the evening when the frogs are active or nudge them on the rear end when they are asleep to wake them up. You don't want to take the chance of getting them hurt in an escape attempt. They are too beautiful and people will enjoy seeing them crawling around under their own power more than you clamping down on them in your hand or chasing them across the floor.

if you must handle them make sure your hands are clean and wet. its not a good idea to make a habit of handling them though
