There is actually a little-known forum called Photo Contest Forum. It's up near the top of the forum listings. Rules are posted, but basically the pic has to be uploaded in the KS photo gallery and be a decent picture. There is an open call right now, so if you have good photos, it can't hurt to submit them. I just submitted that one in on a whim because I thought it was a decent pic and I was tired of looking at the flavi picture on this forum. Give it a shot! Billy

It's not a formal contest like I normally run where photos are actually voted on to select the winner. I just needed a bunch of photos in a short period of time so threw up an 'open call' request.

As time permits, I'm grabbing photos that look decent or interesting and putting them on various forums that need photos because they have none or those that have old photos up that it's time to switch out and replace with newer stuff.

The open call was advertised on the main forum page under the 'hot topics' side bar a few days ago... so unless you happen to read that on occasion it would have been easy to miss knowing about the photo call.

Photos submitted may wind up on the various forums on the main kingsnake.com site or possibly on the kingsnake Canada forums or the kingsnake Europe forums....it all depends on what I see and can fit it into areas that I need to fill.

that you could change that picture every week for a year without worrying about running out of pics. One of these days the Ratsnake folk should get together and have a calendar made up.
