They have such a good reputation for eco-tourism, but this is borderline "Disney World" type. I think some people might look at it as portraying the wrong image for eco-tourism.

People doing stupid stuff like that is bad for the croc. If that guy slips, chances are he's toast. Then, no matter how dim the person who got himself eaten had been, the croc is blamed and then exterminated.
It really would be awful to see someone's stupidity get them and a very, very rare 14' croc killed just to impress some tourists.
