ANERY baby from Ghost litter.......>

LindaH Jul 04, 2003 06:02 PM

I like these little guys more every day. I can't wait to see them after a few more sheds. They are lighter now than after their first shed....and I can't believe their color difference between day and night......at night their base color is almost white. I didn't know Anerys did that color change thing like hypos do.

You have to keep at least one! The one I got from you is getting better and better looking. I just love her!!! Both her and the Ghost look great!!!
Keep those pics coming!! You know how much I love seeing those babies of yours.
My girl is getting bigger and bigger!! I really hope she produces. If so..................You know what happens.

I am amazed at how light they get at night. None of my older first generation Ghosts do this - that I have noticed anyway. These babies from this Ghost x Ghost litter go thru remarkable light to dark to light changes from day to night. Like this Anery baby for instance: I took this pic about an hour ago. Tonight, he will be noticably lighter. I didn't know Anerys did this. All of these Ghost babies do this, plus their saddles, markings, and rims are washing out already. I can't wait to see how they change in the coming months!

Those anerys are turning out phenominal! I do know what you mean with the light/dark color changing. Our Precoius is notoriously darker during than she is at night.

Thanks for sharing. Linda... Your babies are looking awesome!
