i understand you need to put pics on url in order for them to apeer on this site, but how do you get them to be url's?

i use angelfire.com which has free space and uploaded the pics on to there ... there are others .. like geocities and what not

Just use a site like Sony's www.imagestation.com to post your pics on an online photo album, which is free. Then right click on the picture, click properties, and it will give you the URL of the picture. Copy that url and post it in the url box when you write a message.

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
