We don't have nearly enough info to help you! We need specifics on your setup, humidity, temps, what you feed, gutload with, dust with, how often, where you got this cham, age, how long you've had it, brands of lighting, etc. There are so many things that could be wrong I don't know where to start without more info up front. Some basics...chams will feel cool to the touch unless they have been basking recently, so that is not necessarily wrong. If the cham itself is too cold it should be dark brownish colored, not green. Eyes shut during the day is a bad sign, but there could be infections, stress, too much handling, dehydration, all sorts of things going on. Help us elimiate the list, OK?
