BLISTERY LOOKIN THINGS ON SNAKE

can a snake get blister lookin things from oversoaking in water i have a few fems that have remained in water for like 2 weeks str8 and now look like there getting some weird lookin white blisters only like 2 or 3 they dont appear to bother the snake but i have never seen anything like that b4

will the blisters eventually go away they are fairly new and are there any other things i need to treat it with

Dont completely remove the water, just put small water bowls that they can't soak in, that way they can still get a drink. Try treating the blisters with neosporin or polysporin to prevent infection and make sure your tank temps are high enough to keep their immune systems up. Usually when I see snakes soaking for a long time, it is because they have some type of parasite (usually external) and they are soaking to kill off some of them. Check them for mites very carefully.

The only time I've ever seen a ball soak for any amount of time is because of mites. I would check your whole collection for mites, not only the ones that were soaking, as they are notorious for proliferating and spreading quite quickly.
