I was wondering what specie of roach people use for their leaftails, more specifically their henkels? Is there certain roaches that are better for them than others?
Thanks, Jess

It all depends what you want in a roach. Some get big, some climb glass, some can fly etc.
The most common feeder roach are lobsters, they are about 1" as adults which is great for most animals. They are cheap, reproduce easilyt and quickly, drawback is they can climb glass and like all roaches will quickly disappear into the substrate (cup feeding is a good thing with roaches)
Discoids & orange heads and six spots are large, about 3" as adults, reproduce reasonably quickly and do not climb glass, they are more expensive than lobsters.
They all can be gutloaded with pretty much anything, and make roughly equal feeders.
