I was bored this AM so I threw this together.
We are getting ready to warm up the snakes (mid February). Hopefully this is gonna be a good year with tons of Easterns, Outer Banks Kings, Floridas, and more...

Be advised, there are a couple of photos on that link that are the property of:
1. Keith Hillson (a couple of the MD babies and Fl Eastern babies).
2. Foxturtle (a couple of pics of the adult Columbia County Florida Eastern Kings).
3. Blueking (a couple of photos of adult Columbia County Florida Eastern Kings). The baby Columbia County Florida Eastern Kings that Hillson and I have came from Blueking's adults.

Thanks for all those great pics!!! I enjoyed seeing them all! I might have to put together one layout like that one day (as soon as I: 1. Have some time 2. figure out how! LOL!) Great collection, I really love the red ones and of course the easterns! Good luck and . . .
- May you have many babies this summer!

When you said "a ton", you weren't lying. Nice pics from what I saw, except my computer only loaded 1/4 of the pics there lol, so I didn't get to see the other 500. Nice pics though, I like the eastern kings that were on there, especially the ones with the red and the orange. Keep me in mind for a hatchling this coming year, a female.

Can anyone tell me If there is a difference between Brooks King and Brooksi King, besides spelling? Are they different species?

RBICHLER
Just an "Americanized" way of describing the same snake really.
L.g. "brooksi" was the latin and refers to Brooks (a name of a person)and are called Brook's kings. Much like L.m. "thayeri" may be called Thayeri's or L ruthveni may be called Ruthven's king.
