I woke up this morning and I found my other female on her back, with a shrunk tail. luckily I woke up on time to save her but now she is skinny, not eating, having spasms, and is squeeling like she is in pain. she is going to the vet today.

Albon is inexpensive and relatively safe to use. Coccidia generally presents with a foul, off odor to the stools. Prompt treatment upon first suspicion is the key, along with good cleaning, like x2/day. If your other animal died from coccidia and there was any direct or indirect contact... guess what. In 17 years of keeping leopard geckos I've never seen a tail shrink up overnight.
