Could you keep adults on shredded aspin substrate? If not... what brands of calcium sands are ok for adults?

Could you keep adults on shredded aspin substrate? If not... what brands of calcium sands are ok for adults?

No you can't if they accidently swallow a chunck of that it is definently going to impact them. Also dont put them on calcium sand either, the label does say "digestable" but really it isnt, if you get it wet it still clumps together. Even if you put it on sand there is a huge risk of impaction from day 1 until it is dead. You sometimes won't see the sand in its feces but that doesn't mean it is slowly blocking their intestines. Tile, paper towel, or roughed up linoleum are the safest things to use. But you can risk it and kill your leo in the future, its all your choice, not mine.
