Hi John,
The female eats anything (she's the larger of the two and about 5 years old). The male is fussy- only likes live fuzzies or small hoppers. I've had him nearly a year (he's about 3 or 4 years old) and haven't gotten him to switch to f/t yet. Other than the live feeding with the male- no trouble at all.

I don't keep European ratsnakes, in general, but I do have a few leopard snakes. Here's a spotted one....

Here's the striped male....

These are yearlings and I don't photograph them very often. I'll try to get some new pics soon. The female is just coming out of brumation.
I have kept several European species in the past...longissima, quatuorlineata, and almost Europeans...persica and dione. Let me know if you need any input.
