Just got this snake, it's about 3 months old and 1-1/2' long, i need info on how to take care of it. i been getting mixed advice by many people and don't know who to trust. more important i need to know about humidity with these snakes, if i need it, and how to create that humidity. or should i just trust know one and go buy a book?

LOL!!
Did you happen to read what you posted before you posted this ?
Most important thing you need to understand is that snake is in your care, its not a toy or trendy jewelery.
Buying "any" living creature without first researching its needs is just plain sad.

Coulda said it different but I DIDNT !!!

my advice is buy an up to date book and use is as a main reference. and use second hand facts to fill in what the book lacks. just trust your instinct if some thing seem's wrong alway's double check and you should'nt have any problems.
good luck with your pets.
