Nice work. I especially like #2 and #4. The color in the king's eye works well with the Fall colors in the background. Composition of the shot with the barker is excellent.

Hey Wasil
Thanks for the compliments. Ive been using a Nikon Coolpix 4300 and I really like the camera. The Treefrog is actually a Gray Treefrog from southern Wisconsin. Found him in a new development.I too thought he looked remarkably like a Barking but they just dont range up here. Thanks again. Any new Eastern pics ? I always dig your photos.
Hi Keith. Wow, so that is a gray? The statue in the pic makes the frog look pretty big so I assumed it was a barker. Good stuff. I haven't done much shooting of my easterns lately. They're chilling for the winter, but not to cycle them. It looks like we may end up moving to Georgia in a few months so I will have to give away the kings. I took the photo posted below a couple days ago when I was experimenting with an old oak bark slab for background material.
Here's an interesting pic I took today. It shows an envious mocking bird watching a squirrel hog all the food from a bird feeder. Since the squirrel is potentially snake food, and the bird is really an evolved dinosaur, I'm hoping the Powers That Be won't mind me posting it here.
Regards,
Wasil

Well, it's not for sure yet, but it would be right across the state line from Jasper County, SC.
