What types of veggies and fruits should I be feeding a bearded? Also is spinich good for him?

Spinach is a calcium binder so I'd avoid it for the most part. Collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, etc. are all good. Check www.beautifuldragons.com for a great list of foods.
