The best filter

I was wondering in your opinion what is the best filter? I have a 70 gallon aquarium with one turtle in it. what would be your suggestions??

Canisters ore good. Check out the Filstars by Aquarium Pharmaceutical. It really is one of the easier ones to clean and maintain and does a very nice job.
