funny story, feel free to laugh at me

Ok, so I live in a two bedroom apartment in St. Louis. My second bedroom has the pictured cage below as well as a few other cages for my nine corn snakes. (6 adult, three 03 hold backs) Here's a funny story for you.

Today was feeding/cleaning day, and it kinda snowballed. So, I get all the snakes into the feeding containers, and clean out their cages while they are eating. I notice a few of the water bowls could use some scrubbing, so I get those out and clean them with anti-bacterial soap in my bathroom. I get all the poo and shed out of the cages, clean up all the poo, decide my cat's liter box needed cleaning, get all that poo also, empty all the trash containers and took them out to the dumpster, and as I return to the cages, I accidently spill some substrate on the carpet. As I get the snakes back into their cages, I notice some of the feed containers smelled bad, so I get those all washed up in the shower. Then I remembered I like to shower in my shower, so I put the feed containers away, and spray a bunch of scrubbing bubbles all over my shower, sink, and while I was at it, toilet. Before entering the shower to properly clean it, I get the vaccuum out and run over the carpet in the snake room. As I am, I think, what the hell, get the rest of the apartment, so I get that done too. Then I run the shower, get in and clean it all up, get out the shower, get dressed, put the feed containers away, decide to dust the big cage below, that leads to dusting the entire apartment. Get done dusting, go back into the snake room...

One of my snakes pooed in the water bowl.

Start all over again. I think he had that planned. Oddly enough, that's my "constipated" snake I wrote about before, so it's good to see him passing digested stuff. Ah well, least the apartment is clean.

I thought you were going to say that you realized you hadn't actually put any feeders in the feeding containers with the snakes.
