i was just wondering if it was okay to keep like a red foot and a leo together in the same cage since they are just about the same size?

Really not recommended as they have different environmental requirements.

It's best not to keep different species together. There is just too much danger from diseases being spread from one species to another. Believe me, that is no myth. It happens very commonly.

Not recommended, spread of diseases and different husbandry requirement for these two types of torts.
