How old is your dragon? unless hes over like a year or two then you need to be feeding him/her daily. also if he only ate 1 cricket and then became disinterested and your only feeding him once a week then something is wrong. either you have a sick dragon or your doing something wrong with the husbandry. How is the cage set-up? what temp is the basking spot?

P.S. never feed your dragon numbers. keep feeding him/her till he/she stops eating. dragons grow fast and have a high motabolism therefore you should never limit its food. but dont leave extra crickets in the cage for long periods of time as they may chew on your dragon and can cause serious damage

At a young age i wouldnt recommend worms. crickets are fine. He should be feeding around 10 every night. but again dont feed numbers. throw like 5 in. when he eats them all throw some more in. etc, etc.

If he's only 4 months old I think he needs more than 10 crickets a day. a dragon that young should be feed 2-3 times a day, as many as he can eat in a 10 minute time. If your dragon only ate one cricket, then something is wrong. Either in your cage setup or the size of the crickets. Crickets should be no larger than the space between your dragons eyes, offered 2-3 times a day, and dusted every other day at that age. Please reply with a discription of your cage setup. Temps, substrate, size, UVB, ect...
Hope i helped

I guess that depends on the size of the crickets. but like i said dont feed numbers. i was giving an estimate of how much he should at least be eating.

Worms are sorta like candy for beardies. They have too much fat to be good for the. A few every once in a while is OK.
