Try this....I don't know why but i am able to tame the most aggresive of snakes......here's my methiod....where gloves while handling until they trust you and calm down with biting.....Then have them sit on your lap and gently stroke there neck are and eventually pat their head and stoke their head....Most will say not to touch the head...but think of it this way...Say you steer clear of the head for its whole life and then u accidently bump it's head when it's 10 ft and it strikes...bad idea....get it used to you touching it's head mine even likes to bed pet on the head...and doensn't pull away stike or even hiss hes very tame form me usin this method...hope it works for u 2...

The thing is, a bite from a baby is nothing. It usually doesn't even break the skin. So if it gets snappy, don't freak out. Continue to be calm and let it learn to trust you. I was at a reptile expo last year and wanted to hold a baby albino burm since mine had just laid eggs. A guy at the table told the other one to watch out that one was snappy. I told him that's the one I wanted to hold. I bit the guy twice before he handed it to me. It bit me a couple of times, but I continued to hold it, and it learned that biting me was not a deturant and calmed down. Twenty minutes later my daughter held it with no problems.

You bit him 2 times before he let you hold the snake.lol. Sorry couldn't resist. I am not trying to be a rear end and am not being one. It's just that I pictured it and I could see myself doing that to someone for not letting me hold a snake. Don't take what
I said serious and do not take offense of it. Sorry
