Panacur is fine.........won't harm anything.
Flagyl is ok.......don't do it too often though as it can be carcenogenic if giving too often.
Baytril will damage sperm/ova and should not be given in the breeding season. Well, in my opinion it should not be used period.
Fortaz (better alternative than Baytril) is totally safe to use in the breeding season (they use it on pregnant mammals to treat infections).

I had a beautiful clutch last year, and the male was given Baytril injections for necrotic dermatitis for 3 months straight. One thing I have learned is to not go by the book. Use em for basic info otherwise instinct and determination is all you need. Did I mention the clutch was layed in February???
