Well I have been looking for a new addition to my reptiles collection and I have a understanding of them now and I have been involved i nthis for almost a year (NOW I AM NOT SAYING I KNOW EVERYTHING if I said that I wouldnt be posting here I definittley dont (how to spell) and I am nto even close to know very much lol thats where you come in =).

So I have been looking I was gonna go for a cham but doing research I decided not to so now I am looking for something that dosent need a massive enclosure (I know every reptile could use one but lkets go with the REQUIREMENTS here)like a monitor needs or anything but something that will do well in a okay sized enclosure and something that gets fairly big enough to handle with two hands.

so I was looking at some skinks I saw the Blue tongue and some others but mostly the blue tongue so I am now leaning over to a BTS!I have been reading and some say it needs a 60 Gallon....40 Gallon...Or one of those critter Cages that are 36"L x 18"W x 12"H and come in other various sizes and this is for a adult I wanna have to buy one tank.But I am open to suggestions to other species I have my local reptile store that holds some rare reptiles like the BTS and lots of others so give me some names,Plated lizards,Lacertas ..w/e they just have to POSSIBLE meet some requirments that I had.Any other species of skinks or w.e. just post I would Greatly Apperciate it VERY VERY VERY MUCH

36"x18" is stretching it. I have 48"x18" for my bluey and I still at times want to make a larger enclosure for it. So I would recommend atleast 48"x18" or 36"x24"
