i breed sandiego gophersnakes, and hope to get an albino soon. i know its illegal to sell normal phase, but is it legal to sell an albino or any other phase? and do i need a liscence to legally sell? thnx, nick.

I think that it is legal to even sell normal cb's. You can get a captive breeding permit for rosies, gophers, and cal kings. Here's the link:
