i was looking to breed cricket bc i buy 1000 evry 2 weeks and get $$$$$ for a 15 yr old kid. with roaches is it easy to bree what will i need . and super worms i heard they can eat a bd from the inside out true. if possible can i get a few tips on breeing the next insect like housing feeding substrate

supper worms
roaches
and anyother you want to trow in

Crickets - check my site, I think I have all the info you'll need for them on it (links in my sig)
WaxWorms - Really high in fat and almost no nutritional value so I'm going to skip them for now. If you really want to know how to do it respond and I'll explain it.
Superworms - Their food is their bedding (I'll give my recipe after i get done here, I use the same for roaches also). The method I use for them is get a bunch of empty film cans from your local lab (the black Kodak ones with the grey lids). Take a hot needle and put some air holes in the top. Put a little food in the bottom and add 1 worm per can, do not water them at all during this process or it won't work (no potatos, apples, etc). Check on them once a week or so, they should curl up in a circle and then turn into an alien in about 2 weeks. About a week after that you should have beetles. Put the beetles in a fresh tub with about 1" of bedding. Start offering your vegies for water again. Once a week pull the beetles and put them in a fresh tub or they'll eat the eggs. Keep your egg filled bedding and stick it up on a shelf and keep it warm and it should start hatching in a few weeks. That's about all there is to it.
Roaches - There are a bunch of different kinds and people like them for different reasons. I like lobster roaches, they do climb glass so you'll need some bug barrier around the top but they breed like a broken condom on prom night. Keep them warm and well fed and you'll have tons of them. I use the food as substrate for them also but that's just my choice others do it completely different and have good results also.
My food - I mix together chicken laying mash, wheatbran, an oat mix, powdered milk, a little brewers yeast, and whatever else I have around at the time. If it's big chunks I put it through a coffee grinder first to get it all about the same consistancy.
