hahahaha, little misunderstanding here.

I didn't mean to suggest you feed him all he can eat, ALL the time. Just once. To find out how much food means 'full' to him.

I was given this same advice last summer by a FRiend. I have a young roughneck here that is an extremely aggressive eater. It turned out, he's not that aggressive, he was just HUNGRY. I was feeding him little fuzzies, and since he could eat a ton of them, I upped it to bigger mice. It is not my goal to feed him all he can eat, everytime he is fed. I don't think its healthy. By doing it that one time, it helped me see just how big his stomach is.
I prefer feeding small food items to my monitors. My male could eat rats, and he likes them!, but I feed mice.

This is just my example. It's up to you to figure out what size of food to feed and how much, for your monitor. Do it yourself, and stop listening to internet posts, hahahahaha. I don't know how to stress enough, its your monitor, you decide.
Cool.
D.
