Pacman brumating on his own....(Temperature question)

The wierd thing is he's brumating right under his heat lamp. Am I correct is assuming he's content there? I mean, if he wanted to be cooler, he'd move right?

Or should I remove the lamp and keep him at room temp? Or should I go even cooler?

He wants to brumate on his own, but stays under the lamp. Should I remove it? or is he fine?

Depends on how hot it is, it should be around 75 to low 80:s. If you scroll down this page, I think you'll find a thread that's called "Pacmans Brumating Spontaneously", or someething like that. It's basically about the same subject.
Just make sure the substrate doesn't dry out.
