I know this doeasn't directly answer your question but there has never been any documentation whatsoever on cannibalism or ophiophagy in neonate (or adult) Emeralds.
The closest emeralds come to cannibalism is when adult females "accidentally" eat their babies during the process of ingesting unfertilized ova (slugs) and/or stillborn young soon after giving birth.
As Craig said in the post below, it's best to house emeralds seperately, especially as neonates. Although you don't have to worry about cannibalism, if one animal is a particulately agressive feeder he can easily mistake his sibling as food during a feeding session. Especially if one finishes up its meal quicker than the other, he may decide to move in on his sibling's meal and not necessarily recognize where the mouse ends and the other snake begins.
Aside from this, one animal may also intimidate the other and cause it to cease feeding. In general, emeralds are solitary animals and that's how they should be kept outside of the breeding season.
Good luck!
