GENETIC QUESTION ???

biggworm Jan 20, 2005 09:01 PM

I was just wondering when you breed red blood(brongersmai)pythons and you have a yellow adult female bred to a yellow adult male will all the babies turn out yellow or will you get some red babies too.If you breed a yellow to a red blood will the babies be 50/50.I'm asking because I read in a book that from a single clutch you can get all three color phases of p.c brongersmai (yellow ,brown and red)Is THAT TRUE?

Hey,
In all probability, you will get a mix or hodge podge, of colors from the clutch of reds and yellows and some inbetweens.
