Do we really need four Morelia forums?

shiveley Jan 21, 2005 03:49 PM

Morelia
Carpet
Diamond
Scrub
Really? Are there enough posts to warrant this many sub-categories? Seems as though there are barely enough responses on any individual group within these categories as it is. Breaking them down into four separate sub-groups only means that there will be fewer respondents. I mean really, are these species so dissimilar as to necessitate fragmentation?
I enjoy this forum, but it often seems as though the frequency of new postings is relatively low. I don't see how spreading those postings even thinner helps anyone...

As an occasional visitor to this forum and the owner of two IJs and a JCP, I enjoy scanning the all posts and looking at the pix. I answer some posts when I can.

The great thing about the carpet/diamond forum is that I can read posts about carpets and diamonds; even some that I do not currently own. And because of this, perhaps I will own them in the future.

By separating things it just creates extra work for me to check out the posts, and I don't like extra work so I'm not likely to do it often.

I vote that this forum goes back to the better way, the way it was. Heck, it didn't move fast enough as it was... why break it up and slow it down even more?

Bill
