african sideneck

i have an african sideneck that is breaking out with white spots all over. i know this is fungus and my question is should i treat it with betadine? and if so, i use a cutip right? these baths that i hear people talking about, what solution are they using? also, i guess i should remove him from his enclosure that he shares with other turtles, right? any help is appreciated!!

Well, i'm not real certain if it'll work or not, but they sell a "sulfus dip". You can get it at most pet stores including petsmart. That might have been what you heard about. Unfortunately i dont know if betadine would work or not. If you have a vet you see regularly, you might just want to call and ask. Sometimes you get lucky and they'll give you advice without needing an appointment. Good luck!
