First off, don't get mad. I know a lot of you think this should be in the cage forum, but I thought since this cage is going to be built for an indiviual animal that not everyone on the cage forum is going to have a Retic and know what needs they require in a cage. Rather than spending a lot of money on a vision, monster, or ap cage I found this local cage builder who does excellent work for a really descent price. I just wanted to ask some opionons and describe what I have come up with so far.
1. The deminsions are going to be 6x3x2
2. What is the strongest wood to go with?(oak, maple, almond, birch, or another)
3. He is going to put some of that water proof stuff in the cage(starts with an M I think)
4. What size hide boxes should I have him build in the cage?(hide boxes big enough for an adult female)
5. He is going to use sliding front doors
6. I'm not going to have him put any vents
7. Is a humidity box necessary?
Have I made any mistakes or is there anything I forgot. Thanks for your opionons.
