I was feeding my musk turtle and noticed and bulge in his neck that kind of resembled a goiter and its got a little red tint to it. It is on his right hand side, closer to his body than his head. Is this normal? I mean he eats fine and swims around like nothing is wrong. he hasn't been acting differently.

Has it changed at all? How big is it? I would recommend taking him to a vet.
