sonoran dwarf boa

hi all.
i just rescued sonoran dwarf boa that wont eat.
looks well thin
looks up at the sky all the time ???(comming up to shed)
its a female she was kept in a 4-2-2 contico
shes very dark in colour too.almost black.
i dont know her history tho
anyone want to offer advice to help this poor boa??
