im going to be sealing a resin cast made from a latex mold and i need to know how clear marine epoxy is. i need to paint the cast and it has a lot of detail so i dont want to work hard on detail and have the marine epoxy dry opaque.
also does it have a gloss to it once dry?
i know there are other sealers out there but i want to use marine epoxy for its strength.
one last question, i have seen some at home depot for 18$ a quart and some by west marine for 50$ a quart whats the difference?
