Hey, I have a question..my iguana is about 6 months old.. well that is how long I have had my lil guy.. anyways since I have had him, I have only had him shed ONE TIME!! I don't understand.. I bath him once or twice a day and feed him once twice a day..and I give hime calcium supplements.. Powder. But He is a excellent shade of green and he is so cute.. I just love him. And I'm a lil worried.. Please help me. I would greatly appreciate it guys! thanks!

Once in 6 month is not much, when i had mine it shed twice in 2 month. What do you feed him ?

Well, i feed him sooooo much lol. Here are the basics.
collard greens,mustard greens, escarole, cilantro, endive, mellons, asparagus, sometimes cooked pasta...very rare with the pasta though, umm grapes occasionally, turnip greens, carrots occasionally.. , and there is I think more that I cannot remember. he eats like a pig though. I bath him daily which he poops in the tub. He has a clean water supply and everything. Proper UVB and UVA lighting. Black light at night.. Large home built cage. He is very green. However he had a point when he had NO UVB lighting and was only fed iceburg lettuce!!!! I rescued him.. And changed everything. Could this be why??? thank mizar! your help is gretly appreciated!

Your diet seem to be fine, then maybe you should just give him more time.
