How Many Beardies?

i have one (female?) beardie that is about 3 months old, the tank is a 48x18 65 gallon, could i get another that could live w/ my (female?) beardie in that tank all thier life or is the tank too small?

o ya, i almost forgot, u can put sandfire and normal beardies together right?

The tank you have is a little small for two adult bearded dragons. However you should be able to house a couple juvenile or younger dragons in it. You can mix normal phase with any other colour morph out there without any problems. THe only real problems is if you have two males, especially older ones and male and females together (they will most likely mate and produce alot of eggs and if they mate at a young age, it could cause stress on your female amount other things).

For two adult females it is better to house them in a 5'x2'x2' or larger cage.
