My friend gave me a sick "African Bouncing Toad" (I've tried doing research, and I can't find a toad by that name, so I don't know if they even exist). He has parasites I think. He has sores all over his body and is very lethargic. I think she got him at Petco but I'm not certain. He has these little bloody sores all over his body and I don't know what to do. Please help!
