We just got a new pac man frog. Although we have had reptiles and related animals in the past, this is new to us. Does anyone have any starter suggestions? She/he is fairly large so she is accustomed to eating pinky mice. We seem to find a lot of conflicting info regarding housing. Is bedding really what she will want/need? Also, what about a small layer of water in her tank? Thanks for any info..

Yes she will need bedding, and you shouldn't feed her pinkies. You should give her crickets and earthworms.
