Great looking turtles do you house them together?

yes, they don't seem to mind each other and actually are usually very close together. they are brumating now or I'd take a pic. they are male and female and I hope to get some babies from them this year. I just got them around Xmas.

Did you brumate them to breed them? I ask because I have one male(he doesnt like company) and never brumated him.
I have however spoken to people that have housed two males or two females for yrs and never a single prob.
A pair must be nice.

yes I plan on breeding them, not sure if they will but I think they should. I keep them outdoors when the weather permits it and I think they should do what comes naturally. I'll get more pics as the weather get nicer

Once you keep them outdoors . It breaks your heart and theirs to bring them in. Its to cold here now for outdoor kiddie pool I use with mesh screen cover.
When I put him out again when weather gets warmer day/night will post it. They just look better outside . They are more active and their "color" is better.
Something about that fresh air and the sunlight (my kiddie pool is half shaded half sunlight).
Its 6 inches of water and haul out large rocks and driftwood but large at 6 feet in diameter.
