What does the 1.0 and 1.1 and 1.2 and all that mean on posts?

The numbers identify gender. For example, 1.1.1 means one male, one female, and one unknown sex. The first number denotes males, second is females, last is unknown. 1.0.2 would mean 1 male, 0 females, and 2 unknown sex.
