Heh heh. I thought I had the sex pinned on my Eastern hognose of 4 years. The tail was long and looked like a classic male tail. However, today when I took "him" out to feed him his weekly meal I started cleaning the cage. In one corner of the cage I found three little yellow jelly bean looking things. They were very dry and pretty dead looking. I thought they were excrment until I felt them and realized they were dried out slugs. So he's a she. Looks like I may need a male, not a female. Just thought I'd share my little discovery today.
