My boa has one eye that dilates and one that doesn't. I noticed this the other day, prior to that her eyes had always dilated evenly. They both look the same other than that. Can anyone tell me what could cause this to happen?

I have never really noticed or checked the dialation of my Boa's eyes, so I can only let you know what I know it to mean in humanes and that it not good.
People who are suffering from some sort of head trama or nerological problems will often have pupils that are not equal and reactive. Brain swelling, Stroke, drug over dose and Skull fractures are all reasons this would happen in humanes. Is your snake showing any other symptoms of nerological problems?

hmmm....I had the same thoughts myself, but I can't see why there would be any neurological problems...she has never had any trauma to her head or body and I don't use any toxic products in or around her room. Her behaviour is normal but I am going to keep a close watch on her now and also see if I can find anything out about this condition.
