Pacmans vary in color they can be bright green when young, then change to brown with age.

Most of the Horned Frogs that are sold in pet stores are Cranwell Horned Frogs (Ceratophrys Cranwelli), they usually start off green as juveniles. The green fades to green stripes, then usually dissapears completely, leaving the frog with different shades of brown and tan, with black spots. The albino variation is always Cranwell (or so im told). Ornate Horned Frogs (Ceratophrys Ornata) are also sold in stores (less frequently it seems) and they stay green their whole life. Usually with black spots and red pigments scattered around in between. When I purchased my frog, it was labeled as Ceratophrys Ornata, but after a month or so, all the green faded to brown. I actually have a Cranwell, so don't trust pet stores (Im not saying I don't like Cranwells, I think all Horned Frogs are amazing).
